Avocado Toast with Ricotta, Lemon Zest, and Basil Recipe

This Avocado Toast is creamy, vibrant, and gets a spritz of sunshine from Sonoma Gourmet Lemon and Herb Olive Oil for the ultimate flavor upgrade on every crunch. Serves 2 people.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices country or sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 tbsp ricotta cheese
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Sonoma Gourmet Lemon and Herb Olive Oil
- 4–6 fresh basil leaves, torn
- Flakey salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Cut and mash avocado with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
