Winter Citrus Salad Recipe

Winter Citrus Salad pops with vibrant blood oranges, juicy tomatoes, basil, and red onion, all dressed with Sonoma Gourmet Lemon and Herb Olive Oil. Serves 4 people.
Ingredients:
- 2 blood oranges, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes or 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Sonoma Gourmet Lemon and Herb Olive Oil
- Flakey salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Arrange blood orange slices, tomatoes, red onion, and basil on a serving platter, letting the colors mingle.

- Sprinkle flake salt and grind black pepper on top to taste.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature for best flavor.
