At Sonoma Gourmet using the best ingredients is our passion.  We knew for the first time that we tried these sweet red peppers, we had to make a sauce featuring them.  We added them to our amazing organic California tomatoes and it was a great sauce... but we wanted more.  We decided to add just enough Organic Cream to set this item apart from all the rest.  Now we have created the perfect sweet pepper sauce that will have everyone coming back for more.
