Whipped Feta with Honey & Pistachios Recipe

Swoon over this Whipped Feta with Honey & Pistachios, where Sonoma Gourmet Garlic and Herbs Olive Oil brings rich, savory taste to an already sweet, nutty bite. Serves 4-6 people.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz crumbled Feta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tbsp Sonoma Gourmet Garlic and Herbs Olive Oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachio
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- Flakey salt to taste (optional)
Preparation:
- In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, and 1 tbsp Sonoma Gourmet Garlic and Herb olive oil until well combined and smooth.
- Scoop into shallow bowl.
- Drizzle to finish with honey, SG olive oil, pistachios and flaky sea salt.
- Serve immediately with warm pieces of pita bread or sourdough.
- For a gorgeous swirl effect (and to help each topping stay put), use the back of a spoon to make shallow wells and ridges in the whipped feta before drizzling with honey, olive oil, and pistachios
