ULTIMATE GARLIC TOAST Recipe

Sink your teeth into this Ultimate Garlic Toast (unless you are a vampire, of course), where crispy, drenched with Sonoma Gourmet Sautéed Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Crunchy and aromatic, it'll will make your regular bread basket jealous. 4-6 people.
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of French or Italian bread
- 4–5 tablespoons Sonoma Gourmet Sautéed Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Cut your loaf of bread into 4-6 slices depending on the number of hungry people you've got, or your desired thickness.
- In a bowl, mix Sonoma Gourmet Sautéed Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, softened butter, parsley, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place on a sheet pan, slather the garlicky mixture generously onto your slices of bread.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Take your sheet pan out of the oven, and top your now toast with Parmesan cheese.
- Broil cut side up for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Take your ultimate garlic bread out of the oven, crack a little more pepper on top if needed, serve hot, and enjoy!
