Creamy Spinach Alfredo Rigatone Recipe

Tender pasta tossed in rich, velvety Alfredo sauce with spinach, feta, and pure comfort in every bite. Serves 3-4.
Ingredients:
- One jar Sonoma Gourmet Spinach Alfredo Sauce
- 6-8 oz rigatone pasta
- 2-3 handfulls of fresh spinach
- Crumbled feta cheese to taste
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation:
- Boil pasta according to instructions until al dente, save 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Drain pasta, return to pan with a splash of EVOO.
- Add spinach, add pasta water, stir gently until wilted and water evaporated.
- Add Alfredo sauce and gently stir in until warm.
- Top with crumbled feta and tomatoes. Enjoy!
- Pro Tip: top with whatever you want! We also love this with grilled chicken breast.
