Creamy Spinach Alfredo Rigatone Recipe

Tender pasta tossed in rich, velvety Alfredo sauce with spinach, feta, and pure comfort in every bite. Serves 3-4.

Ingredients:

  • One jar Sonoma Gourmet Spinach Alfredo Sauce
  • 6-8 oz rigatone pasta
  • 2-3 handfulls of fresh spinach
  • Crumbled feta cheese to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved

Preparation:

  1. Boil pasta according to instructions until al dente, save 1/2 cup pasta water.
  2. Drain pasta, return to pan with a splash of EVOO.
  3. Add spinach, add pasta water, stir gently until wilted and water evaporated.
  4. Add Alfredo sauce and gently stir in until warm.
  5. Top with crumbled feta and tomatoes. Enjoy!
  • Pro Tip: top with whatever you want! We also love this with grilled chicken breast.
